30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition in which you received it;
Be unworn, unused, and undamaged;
Have all original tags attached, where applicable;
Be returned in its original packaging; and
Be accompanied by a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Items returned to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

When contacting us, please provide your order number and, where appropriate, clear photographs showing the issue. This allows us to evaluate the problem and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have.

Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement or desired item.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us before placing another order so that we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and statutory exceptions.

The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
